Using Social-Emotional Methods to Address Mental Health Disparities
Thursday, April 21, 2022, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM EDT
Category: Virtual Trainings

As a sex therapist, there are two topics I find people have a hard time having healthy communication about, Sexual Pleasure and Race. Now that I have your attention, we will spend time talking about one topic more than the other. Can you guess which one? Yep, racial health disparities. Join me and other clinicians as we create a brave space and take a look at our journey of self-awareness and antiracism work. We have work to do. Would you like to find out where you can start? Come with your questions and leave wanting to ask more. The work is never done, but with community, we can determine our next steps.

This conference provides 2 contact hours of continuing education credit for social workers. Certificates will be provided following the training.
