Effective Communication in a Cross Generational Workforce will look at the differences in generational work styles and communication in the workplace. Communication strategies for working with different generations will be discussed.  Understanding the different values and ethics of each generational. As part of our ethical obligations as social workers, anti-discrimination and respect our fundamental requirements of our practice. 

This conference provides 2 contact hours of continuing education credit for social workers. Certificates will be provided following the training.
