Saturday, May 21, 2022, 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM EDT
Category: Virtual Trainings

Please join us for a two hour presentation by Board Certified and award winning psychiatrist Dr. Mona Gupta to learn about the most up to date uses of Ketamine and Spravato, especially with treatment resistant depression and suicidal ideation. Participants will gain a better understanding of if/when a client may be a good candidate for this form of treatment  and how to refer.  Dr. Gupta will cover the pros and cons of using these substances and give details on what typical treatments are like, highlighting the differences between the nasal spray administration, Intramuscular injection and intravenous injection.  She will address questions about success rates,  insurance coverage, and any other questions participants  may have in incorporating these adjunct treatments in their practices.

You can click on the link below to watch video clips of Dr. Gupta and staff talking about the various treatments offered, and in particular about Spravato.
