When Sexuality Enters the Room: Exploring Values and Creating a Culture of Consent in Therapeutic Relationships
Sunday, November 13, 2022, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM EDT
Category: Virtual Trainings

Most adults will experience at least one sexual difficulty at some point in their life. Yet, even for the most seasoned social worker, conversations around sex and relationships might feel intimidating. This workshop is designed to replace some of that fear with confidence and self-awareness. In this two hour training, participants will explore their personal sexual and relationship values, envision the culture of consent they wish to create in their therapeutic spaces, and work collaboratively to discover actionable ways to foster that culture with clients.

This conference provides 2 contact hours of continuing education credit for social workers. Certificates will be provided following the training.
