Events for Students and New Professionals“Nuts and Bolts” is an annual, free event we offer at local universities for all students and new professionals to address such issues as how current mental health policy impacts getting jobs, how to go about acquiring a job through private and public agencies, when is the best time to take the licensure exam, and what it takes to create a private practice. This is a recording of our 2015 Nuts and Bolts Workshop Legislative gains for Students and LCSW-A’s that NCSCSW helped succeedIn conjunction with NASW, NCSCSW worked to obtain the ability for LCSW-A’s to direct bill using CPT codes rather than billing ‘incident to’ a doctor. The Clinical Society also worked with NASW to get LCSW-A’s on the BCBS panel. |
